Underhand Cable Pulldowns

Exercise Advice: Position yourself on the lat
pulldown machine and grab the bar with an underhand grip with your
hands about shoulder width apart. Simply pull the bar straight down
in front of you until it is about even with the middle of your chest.
Slowly return the weight to the start position and repeat.
