Back Exercises - V Bar Pulldowns


Exercise Advice: This is the same exercise
as the close grip front lat pulldowns except that you will use a
V Bar instead of the regular lat pulldown bar. If you are unsure
as to what a V Bar is, ask a trainer at your gym to point one out
to you. Simply pull the V Bar straight down in front of you until
it is about even with the middle of your chest. Slowly return the
weight to the start position and repeat.
