Exercise Advice: Find a pullup bar and grab
the bar with your hands as wide apart as comfortably possible using
and overhand grip. Next, simply pull your body up as high as possible
so as to try and touch the back of you neck to the pullup bar. Slowly
return to the start position and repeat.
