Cardio Questions - Cardio Exercises At Desk During Work

fitness-advice Question:
I sit at a desk all day for 8-10 hours per day and I found on the Internet a peddle machine, like a mini bike, that you can do at your desk. I was wondering if I did this at my desk if it would help me lose weight? The machine also has a calorie counter on it.

fitness-advice Answer:
Yes, this sounds like a good product to use while sitting at your desk. Any exercise or movement you can do while sedentary is great for burning extra calories. You can also just start tapping or shaking your foot as you sit at your desk which will burn some extra calories too!
