Cardio Questions - Exercise Equipment
For Losing Weight
Question: I want to get some exercise equipment for my room so I can workout
while listening to my radio. Which in the best in your opinion? Treadmill, ellipticals,
bikes?
Answer: I recommend finding a good treadmill. Once of the best cardio
exercises is jogging and this will provide excellent fat burning if performed
first thing in the morning. The treadmill is also great since you can do long
walks on an incline to really target the hips/thighs and butt. With treadmills,
you really get what you pay for so take a look at a few at your local sports store
and make sure to actually start it up and jog on it in the store to test it out.
Make sure its sturdy and has enough padding for you.
