Cardio Questions - Fast Walking and Burning Calories

fitness-advice Question:
Is 15 min cardio (fast walk) OK? I've just started doing a cardio for the first time ever. I have always just lifted weights in the gym religiously for about 10 yrs, but that was about 15 yrs ago. I'm 47 now and just returned to the gym. I figure 15 min is better than nothing.

fitness-advice Answer:
Absolutely. 15 minutes of fast walking is a great way to start off. After a week or So, try to increase The duration to 30 minutes. Fast walking every day is a great form of cardio for burning calories and will really work your legs, especially your calves.
