Question: Which will be better for weight loss - cycling at high resistance
and low speed or cycling at low resistance but at high speed for longer time?
Answer: In terms of burning more calories, that completely depends on
the overall output and both types could actually end up burning the same amount.
It's best to include a combination of both types so you can "trick"
your body and force it to always adapt to new stimuli (different intensities).
