Which will be better for weight loss - cycling at high resistance
and low speed or cycling at low resistance but at high speed for longer time?
In terms of burning more calories, that completely depends on
the overall output and both types could actually end up burning the same amount.
It's best to include a combination of both types so you can "trick"
your body and force it to always adapt to new stimuli (different intensities).
