Cardio Questions - Cardio Exercises To Lose Stomach Ponch

fitness-advice Question:
My inquiry is on cardio training. I've been trying to get rid of a slight ponch, the most bugging part is it kind of wiggles when I walk. The ponch is very slight and therefore the wiggling is all the more irritating.

For the last one month I've been following the following cardio routine regularly. I do 5 sets of half , 3 of full crunch, 3 sets of leg raises in the evenings along with 3 sets of exercises for love handles. All this is in the evening. The crunches bit I also do in the morning with my weight training. I do it everyday, 7 days a week. I also make it a must to climb 15 floors twice a day. The results are showing well, my ponch has reduced considerably, but am I doing a little too much? And most importantly is there anything specific to tackle the wiggle?

fitness-advice Answer:
Your AB training routine looks fine but I would recommend a more intense cardio plan to drop that extra amount of body fat and lose that "ponch". I recommend jumping rope for 20-30 minutes 3-4 days per week. This is an outstanding full body cardio workout that will burn major calories and drop body fat from all over your body. Boxers use this exercise to get into superb shape for their matches and its unbelievable for toning up the all over!
