Clearing Your Chi - Using Meditation Techniques

shui your body by clearing your chi! There are multiple ways to
do this and one of the most popular is Yoga. Meditation is a strong
power used to clear one's mind and thoughts while bringing focus
to inner peace and mind. The body, the physical also needs to be
clear for it to be at peace. Peace brings muscle growth and prevents
injury. Yoga focuses on breathing and peace. Full effort and concentration
goes toward years of perfecting this but apparently the end result
is nirvana!
There are a few yoga styles such as hatha and bikhram. These choices
are how you can choose the type of yoga which will appeal and challenge
you in an enjoyable fashion. Some yoga classes are more about the
meditation, breathing and chants meanwhile others are about power
and strength with holds and flexibility enhanced. You can even find
some gyms like mine which offer yogalates, a blend of pilates and
yoga practices combined into one powerful class. These classes will
enhance your body in several ways; the lists go on as to the benefits.
Tai chi is another great choice which has boomed in popularity
just as much as yoga. Senior classes even use seated tai chi for
those who cannot stand or walk about. Another practice which uses
breathing, with tai chi you are to move and sway in fluid motion
along with the energies of the earth. An ancient for of martial
art, you can see groups of people participating in the early mornings
at parks and school yards. A similar exercise is Chi Qong. These
arts teach you to master the flow of energy but it takes many years
of practice.
This one may come as a slight surprise to you but if you are able
and your health is cleared for this a great chi worker is scuba
diving. Being under water forced to work with the flow of current
is as close as you can get to flowing. The environment around you
will keep you in awe of the great power of energy which surrounds
you while testing your muscles with every flutter of your arms or
legs. Breathing is regulated under these circumstances causing you
to work with nature.
Many of you may read this and say that the above are just not for
you, for whatever reason being preference or ability. Well you would
be 100% right. The art of chi clearing is about what makes you feel
free and relaxed and for some of us it can mean something different
than others. I personally enjoy dance and kickboxing as my chi clearing.
I know a few clients who would be chiming in about now indicating
golf or bowling leaves them feeling refreshed.
It's all about what works best for you. As long as you do take
some time to apply rest and relaxation with enjoyment, breathing
and fitness into your lifestyle you have better chances at fighting
disease and illness, most of which are directly related to lifestyle
habits such as work, diet and exercise.
