Core Training Exercises - Wall Throws


Exercise Advice: Grab a medicine ball with
both hands and hold it high above your head. With your feet just
beyond shoulder width apart, execute an overhead throw to your workout
partner standing about 10 feet away from you. You can also perform
this exercise without a partner and simply throw the medicine ball
against a solid wall. Repeat the movement for the desired amount
of repetitions and repeat.
