Exercise Advice: Using an elastic exercise band, grab a handle
in each hand and step on the middle of the band with both feet at
shoulder width apart. Start with both hands raised next to your
head, with your elbows bent and upper arms parallel to the floor.
Next, simply perform a shoulder press, extending your arms straight
up as to try and touch the ceiling. Slowly return to the start position
and repeat for the desired amount of repetitions.
