Exercise Advice: Using an elastic exercise
band, grab a handle in each hand and step on the middle of the band
with both feet at shoulder width apart. Allow your elbows to be
bent and your hands to be out in front of your waist. Lean your
torso forward slightly. Next, simultaneously raise both arms out
and up putting the bulk of the work on your rear deltoids. Slowly
return to the start position and repeat for the desired amount of
repetitions.
