Exercise Advice: Stand with your feet just
beyond shoulder width apart and grab an elastic exercise band with
both hands, having your elbows straight and raised to be parallel
to the floor. Keeping your elbows in place, extend each hand away
from one another, so as to stretch out the elastic exercise band.
Slowly return to the start position and repeat for the desired amount
of repetitions.
