Exercise Ball Butt Raises


Exercise Advice: Lie on your back on a mat
on the floor with your legs resting atop an exercise ball (see illustration).
Simply raise your pelvis upward to a position creating a straight
line from your head to your toes. Hold this position for a two-count,
return to the start position and repeat for the desired number of
repetitions.
