Exercise Ball Exercises - One Arm Dumbbell Press


Exercise Advice: Sit on an exercise ball with
your back upright and your feet firmly planted on the ground (see
illustration). Grab a dumbbell in one hand, holding it in a shoulder
press position. Next, simply press the dumbbell from that position
straight up toward the ceiling. Return to the start position and
repeat for the desired number of repetitions and then repeat with
the opposite arm. Be sure to keep your back straight and upright
throughout the entire exercise!
