Exercise Ball Exercises - Preacher Curls
Preacher Curls


Exercise Advice: Grab a dumbbell in each hand
and lean your torso over the top of an exercise ball on the ground.
Just like a regular preacher curl, simply curl the weights up towards
your shoulders and squeeze for a one-count at the top. Lower the
weight to the starting position in a slow and controlled fashion
and repeat.
