Seated Rows With Elastic Bands
Exercise Advice: Sit on the floor with your
feet pressed up against an exercise ball. Wrap an exercise band
around the ball and hold the handles of the band in each hand. Simply
execute a standard seated row by pulling or rowing the
handles into your stomach area. Slowly return to the start position
and repeat. Be sure to keep your back straight and perpendicular
to the floor throughout this entire movement.
