Exercise Ball Exercises - Two Arm Dumbbell Press


Exercise Advice: Sit on an exercise ball with
your back upright and your feet firmly planted on the ground (see
illustration). Grab a dumbbell in each hand, holding them in a shoulder
press position. Next, simply press the dumbbells from that position
straight up toward the ceiling. Return to the start position and
repeat for the desired number of repetitions. Be sure to keep your
back straight and upright throughout the entire exercise!
