Exercise Ball Exercises - Two Arm Front Delt Raises


Exercise Advice: Sit on an exercise ball with
your back upright and your feet firmly planted on the ground (see
illustration).Grab a dumbbell in each hand and simply raise the
dumbbells upward and out in front of you to where your arms become
parallel to the ground. Pause for a one-count at the top of the
movement and then slowly return to the start position and repeat
for the desired number of repetitions.
