Exercise Ball Exercises - Two Arm Lateral Raises
Two Arm Lateral Raises


Exercise Advice: Sit on an exercise ball with
your back upright and your feet firmly planted on the ground (see
illustration). Grab a dumbbell in each hand and simply raise the
dumbbells by bringing the backs of your hands to the ceiling. Bring
your arms to a point that is parallel to the floor, hold for a one-count
and return to the start position and repeat for the desired repetitions.
