- Eat a small, easily digestible snack (such as crackers) prior
to exercise.
- Drink plenty of water before, during and after exercise to prevent
dehydration.
- Wear loose; comfortable clothes preferably cotton to help absorb
perspiration.
- Wear a supportive cotton bra with wide straps.
