Exercise Questions - How Can I Broaden
My Shoulders?
Exercise Question: I am underweight and looking to broaden my shoulders.
I practice a workout routine of lateral raises, bent-forward lateral raises, and
forward raises 6 times a week. However, the results have been minimal. What can
I do to broaden my shoulders more effectively?
Exercise Answer: I would recommend trying more basic, core movements for
your shoulders. Although lateral raises are a great exercise, they are more of
a "shaping" movement and not a mass builder. For solid mass building
