My Chest Without Weights?
Exercise Question: I'm looking for exercises that will allow me to totally
develop my chest without weights. What do you recommend?
Exercise Answer: One of the best overall body weight exercises for the
chest, is the basic pushup. Try to work your way up to about 30-40 reps per set
and you will start seeing not only your chest muscles grow, but also your shoulders
and triceps. This is one of the core upper body exercises the military uses and
