My Muscles for Workouts?
Exercise Question: What muscle groups should I exercise on the same day
and how should I group my exercises in a daily routine?
Exercise Answer: You can really mix and match your muscle groups in weekly
routines. The key is to try and always switch it up to shock your muscles with
new rep ranges, set ranges, exercises and training routines. Here is a very good
"push-pull" routine I recommend using for 2-4 weeks and make sure to
switch the actual exercises every week. You can choose from hundreds of different
exercises here:

Monday (chest/back)
Chest (3 sets for each exercises, 8-12 reps per
set) Back (3 sets for each exercises,
8-12 reps per set)
Wednesday (shoulders, biceps, triceps)
Shoulders (3 sets
for each exercises, 8-12 reps per set) Biceps (3 sets for each exercises, 8-12 reps
per set) Triceps (3 sets for each exercises, 8-12 reps per
set)
Friday (legs)
Legs (3 sets for each exercises, 8-12 reps
per set)
