Bodybuilding Questions - Flabby Pecs & Gynecomastia
Bodybuilding Question:
Regardless of what I do I can't seem to get my pecs to firm
up. They always just seem loose and a little flabby. I train 6 days
a week and I do incline and decline bench with loads of cardio.
My body fat is 11%. Could this be gynecomastia and if so, what can
I do?
Bodybuilding Answer:
If you are lean everywhere else but still have fatty deposits
in your pecs or "puffy nipples", than this could indeed
be gynecomastia (also referred to as "bitch tits"). I
recommend contacting your local physician and have them look at
your chest to see if it actually is a case of "gyno".
I believe the only way to remove the excess fatty tissue is through
surgery.
