Exercise Advice: Place both feet on the exercise
band and position the handles behind your head. Keeping your elbows
in a fixed position, raise the handles upward over your head until
your arms are extended. Lower the handles behind your head in a
slow and controlled manner. Try to keep your elbows at the same
fixed point throughout the up and down motion and keep you upper
arms (from shoulders to elbows) close to your sides at all times.
