Weight Training Questions - Can I Drink Tea Between
Weight Training Question:
I know that I need to eat every 2-3 hours during the day. During
those hours can I drink herbal teas? For example lets say I eat
at 10:00am and my next meal is at 1:00pm. In between those hours,
can I drink tea or do I have to wait until it is 1:00pm to drink
anything? Can I drink my tea with skim milk or is this unhealthy?
Weight Training Answer:
Sure, you can drink tea and other calorie free drinks between
meals. Tea is great to drink all throughout the day. They taste
great and are very refreshing. You can also add a little milk, but
make sure its the skim nonfat version to save calories.
