Weight Training Questions - Lack Motivation For Cardio Workouts

weight training questions answers Weight Training Question:
I really like to go into the gym and lift weights but I hate doing cardio. I totally lack motivation for cardio workouts! Are there any exercises I can do that will keep me interested in doing cardio?

weight training questions answers Weight Training Answer:
I agree its very hard sometimes to get excited about doing cardio, especially jogging or riding the stationary bike. To help, I recommend choosing cardio which keeps you focused and completely interacted during the entire session. Two great examples are boxing and jumping rope. Hitting and kicking a heavy bag is a great cardio workout which keeps you thinking about different combination of punches coming up next. Jumping rope is also an amazing cardio workout and the hand-eye development involved keeps the interaction high and the pace going smoothly. These two exercises will burn major calories and also develop your quickness and agility.
