Mixing Creatine With
Weight Training Question:
I have a question regarding the use of creatine. Is it fine
to use it with other powdered supplements? I was planning on using
creatine in conjunction with a whey protein supplement. I will be
using creatine before my workout and whey protein after my workout.
Would this be beneficial or should I just use one or the other?
Weight Training Answer:
Its fine to combine both creatine powder and protein powder.
This is the combination I actually mix after every workout and its
great to maximize the "post-workout" window of recovery:
- 1 scoop of creatine
- 2 scoops of whey protein
- 2 cups of milk
