Is it better to do cardio in the morning on a empty stomach
to burn fat or in the afternoon a few hours later after I eat breakfast?

Weight Training Answer:
One of the best tricks is to do cardio in the morning before
eating any food and make sure to do at least 30 minutes of exercise
where you actually sweat (jogging, jumping rope, etc.). Remember,
you have fasted for the past 6-9 hours during sleep, so when you
wake up you can tap directly into your fat stores. If you do cardio
after eating, you will need to burn up the carbs (glycogen) for
at least 20 minutes before tapping into the fat.
