Weight Training Questions - Reward Yourself For
Weight Training Question:
I want to know if I should reward myself in some way when I
reach my goal weight loss. I'm only 10 pounds away from my goal
weight and I'm excited about finally reaching my goal.
Weight Training Answer:
First off, congratulations on being so close to reaching your
weight loss goal! You might want to buy something for yourself that
you've been wanting for a long time. Maybe a new pair of shoes,
a new outfit or you can even take a trip (hopefully to a sunny beach
where you can show off your new body). Having a nice incentive for
reaching goals is a positive way to stay on track and treat yourself
for all of your hard work.
