I have been working out with weights for about 6 months now
and I really want to build massively huge and round shoulders. Do
you have any specific deltoid exercises or workouts for adding mass
and size to my shoulders?
Workout Answer:
A great shoulder workout consists of mass building exercises
with heavy weight and moderate reps. Here is a sample shoulder workout:
Keep your weight training workouts to under 60 minutes and then
get out of the gym so you can rest and grow. Train your shoulders
only once a week. If you hit them hard, they will need a full week
to rest and recover before your next workout.
