Workout Questions - Which Supplements To Get Ripped
Workout Question:
Currently, I weigh about 225 pounds at 20% body fat. My goal
is to get down to about 190 pounds and 8% body fat. My goal is to
look like one of those male fitness models I see on the cover of
the fitness magazines. I also want to get ripped so I can get girls
and right now I'm a kind of chubby so I'm a little self conscious.
What are your thoughts on all the fat burning supplements I see
on the market? Will these supplements actually help me to lose weight
and get ripped? How about any other types of supplements like protein
powder? Will these help me build lean muscle mass?
Workout Answer:
You don't need supplements if your diet is really solid and
you eat enough protein and calories to grow. Supplements like protein
powder comes into play when you need a quick and convenient source
of quality protein when you don't have time to prepare/cook the
protein based foods (chicken breast, egg whites, etc.).
Anyone with a ripped body is most likely adhering to a very strict
diet along with a very rigid regimen of cardio exercises to burn
extra calories. If getting ripped was easy, everyone would have
6 pack abs. Unfortunately, its very difficult to attain a lean enough
physique to showcase ripped abs. Its tough, but you can do it if
you're disciplined, determined and focused. It just comes down to
how bad you want it.
You can access our male fitness models pictures of ripped physiques
here along with exactly how they train and what they eat to attain
their muscular bodies:
When you get lean and muscular, girls will start to notice you
but that is just the initial step to meeting. Its much more than
physical. You still need to interact with girls and take it to another
level of conversation. Charisma will help you much more than having
a ripped body. The majority of girls out there are more impressed
with your character, personality and how you treat them, than what
your body looks like.
