Fat Burning Questions - 40 Pounds Over Weight and Need To Lose

fitness-advice Question:
I have put on a lot of weight over the past 2 years (about 44 lbs). I started 6 weeks ago taking 45 min walks and have now started a home fitness program with my own equipment as follows (in circuts)

  • 100/75/100 steps (step machine)
  • 10/5/5/ kms bike (indoor bike)
  • 100/50/50 bag punches broken up into a circuit that lasts 45mins

How long will it take to lose 44 lbs? I drink 1 liter of water at the session and more afterwards but no bloated. I have a bad sweet tooth and its the hardest thing to control in my diet along with bad sleeping patterns. I also have haemocromatosis (iron overload) but have had my iron reduced to below normal levels with venesection every 2 weeks for 1.6 years. Am I doing the right thing if I am iron deficient now? Does it effect my oxygen take-up?
