Fat Burning Questions - Emotional Eater Needs To Lose Weight

fitness-advice Question:
I'm 28 years old 5.5 and I'm 195 pounds. I am an emotional eater. I tried to lose weight before and I succeeded. Time goes by and I'm back where I used to weigh. My lowest was 140 pounds. I want to succeed again and maintain it but I work night shift and I found it hard to start an a healthy program. How can I do it if I work during night?

fitness-advice Answer:
Whether you work a regular shift or a night shift, you can still follow a healthy eating plan. The biggest issue you need help with is your emotional eating. You should consult with a nutritional & psychological professional to help with this. Before you get these emotional issues resolved, your eating patterns will most likely follow a up/down path where you sometime eat healthy but then drop down and gain the weight back with bad food choices. Get the help you need and you will finally be able to get control of your problem.
