Needs To Lose Weight
Question: I'm 28 years old 5.5 and I'm 195 pounds. I am an emotional eater.
I tried to lose weight before and I succeeded. Time goes by and I'm back where
I used to weigh. My lowest was 140 pounds. I want to succeed again and maintain
it but I work night shift and I found it hard to start an a healthy program. How
can I do it if I work during night?

to help with this. Before you get these emotional issues resolved, your eating
patterns will most likely follow a up/down path where you sometime eat healthy
but then drop down and gain the weight back with bad food choices. Get the help
