I'm currently aiming to lose fat and I heard that cardio exercise like jogging or running are the best. So, should I jog at a high speed over a short period of time or at a low speed over a long period of time for maximum fat loss? Is rope jumping also good for this?

You have chosen the best exercises to burn major body fat. Running and jumping rope are the top 2 exercises I recommend to see amazing results! I recommend switching up your running and incorporate long distance as well as sprint training into your overall routine. Once day, shoot for a few miles of moderate running. For the next cardio training day, mix in 5-10 100 yard sprints for explosive movements which really hit the fast twitch muscle fibers. Then, you can mix in jumping rope on a different day to really add some variety into your overall plan. This is a great way to always stay excited and keep your routines fresh!
