Fat Burning Questions - Fat Burners and Weight Loss
Question: I just finished a training program at my gym, and I got a free
fat burner. Should I try it? I usually drink a lot of coffee, but I have a healthy
diet all week long, except for some meals on the weekend. I am a social drinker
and I don't smoke.
Answer: If you already drink regular coffee, than I would probably not
take the fat burner. Most of the fat burners on the market contain mainly caffeine,
so if you are already consuming it via coffee you should be fine. More importantly,
I would focus on your diet for dropping fat. This will always work better than
a alleged "quick fix" supplement. The foods you eat are extremely important
to losing body fat.
