I would actually not recommend any "Fat Burner" product for losing weight and dropping body fat. This is a "wonder pill" mentality and is used for a temporary fix which leads to major issues in The long run. Focus on creating quality habits and losing The extra body fat safely and effectively. The one item I do recommend is green tea. Here are just a few medical conditions in which drinking green tea is reputed to be helpful:

1. cancer
2. rheumatoid arthritis
3. high cholesterol levels
4. cardiovascular disease
5. infection
6. impaired immune function
