Fat Burning Questions - Losing Weight Without Fruits and Veggies

I know that there are lots of diets out there. I know that its good to try to stay away from sugar and carbs, and to eat more fruits and veggies but what can I do when there aren't always fresh fruits and veggies available and what can I do to make sure I have a variety?

fitness-advice Answer:
I great choice is to buy frozen fruit and frozen veggies with no added sugars. You should be able to easily find these in your local grocery store's frozen food section. You can store these in the freezer at home/work and have a great sweet treat (fruit) or microwave the veggies for a healthy meal. Frozen foods actually tend to keep the nutrients in better than non-frozen items.
