Fat Burning Questions - Stuck At Weight
& Can't Lose Extra Pounds
Question: I have been stuck at this weight for about 3 weeks now and just
cant seem to get past it. I have added a 4th day a week to my workout of which
I do 30 min high cardio and 40 mins weight training. I cant seem to get past this
plateau. Please help!
Answer: There are several things you can do to give your weight loss plan
a "kick" to keep losing. One of the best tricks is to do cardio in the
morning before eating any food and make sure to do at least 30 minutes of exercise
where you actually sweat (jogging, jumping rope, etc.). Slowly riding a stationary
bike is probably not the best choice for cardio if you really want to see results.
Remember, the guy who used to say "Ya Gotta Sweat", well he was onto
something with that line.
