| A friend gave me these Nitric Oxide pills and as usual, I do research on something before taking it. It sounds like a load of crap with phrases like "Explosive Muscle Pumps". I laughed when I read that. Is this product legit to your knowledge? |

Increased pumps simply means you flush the muscle with more Blood, than is leaving the muscle.
So an increased pump, is only going to yield more Blood retention in a working muscle anyway. Any connection between that and increased Microtears, DOMS etc etc, is probably slim to non-existant, I would have thought.
Is good to some extent, never used it, never done a lot of research on it either, and if you were going to use it, might as well go for brok, and use something like NO-explode, which is a NO Creatine combi, and run with that, if you choose to go with NO products. |
