I'm lately focusin on my arms more than anything else. Does anybody here watchs "the biggest fast loser?". or " so you think you can dance?

In the biggest loser, the trainer jillian, has killer arms, I'd like to have half of what she does, and if not...have anyone seen Martha from you think you can dance, season 2? Her arms are amazing as well.

I'd like to have obvious big shoulders, and my biceps, and tricpes a bit smaller, where you can see the arm in different sort of muscle levels, if you know what I'm saying.

My shoulders are starting to form a shape now, not too obvious, only if you look too hard, today I realized I've grown a bit more muscle in my arms, out no where.

Can someone give me a plan of how to achieve that look of arms?

I know..
Diet.
Protien.
All body parts. I know, I'm working everything, but I'm trying to focus on my arms mostly now. My abs, well, I'm still working for them max 4 times a week, but I'm not stressing much on them. Even when I do reps, and sets, I do really few. I don't know, I believe I should lose more fat before really getting into them, agree?

Edit: I never mentioned this, but i think it may cause a little difference. I always carry my laptop, the aptop itself, not in a bag in my left arm, while I never carry it in my right arm. Would this cause any difference, and does the act itself help with muscles, I know, it's the same weight all the time. but sometimes I carry a big book with it...or so.

Just to let you know...

Edit (about basketball)

Does or Is, i dont know, playing basktball works out your arms? Like biceps and triceps and forarms, and shoulders?

I play basket twice a week, for about 15-25 minutes by myself, running back and forth in the area (big), and use both hands to dribble -no not at the same time-, so it's equal, and work on my shooting....

So does that contribute with working the muscles in my arms?!

the intensity is very low playing basketball so it won't be having an effect (i'm a b'baller also)...although most nba players have rather wide shoulders from shooting a shit load of times over the careers so over time a lot of low int work can do something but you still need to overload somehow (wt training)

for arms you need 1 - work tri's a heap and 2 - diet down obviously as most females have granny arms as the tri's don't get used in real life unless you train them which gives the ordinary appearance so for every 1 set of bi's do 2 sets of tri's...that being said don't have volume too high probably 6 sets for tri's and 3 for bi's

alternate sides you carry your bag on for postural reasons (refer to b'ball thing above)

I basketball helps you more on cardio than it does with your muscles. I mean if you're gaining muscles from basketball, it's probably like really really little. Don't rely on basketball as another tool for lifting as I think it's useless for muscle gain.

Oh, I know that bball doesnt have much effect, but i just wanted to know if it does help at all. Oh, swanso, my arms are not granny arms, lol. They're fine. The trainer in my uni, told me, my arms are fine, and the only thing I need to do is drop down bodyfat, so that they look defined. I have muscles and all, but really little. I have skinny arm, but they look better now, and im planning to make them look even a bit bigger.

i should work for triceps more thans bi's? I sort of do that sometimes, but i do for my bi's more than tri's mostly, but the muscles seems equally spread. Confused

Well, if you have a certain purpose then you might work on one muscle more than the other, but I usually work on triceps and biceps equally. Triceps make up two thirds of your arms, so they should be stronger and bigger than your biceps.
