I alway thought that packs are for "men", but it doesn't mean that girls couldn't ir shouldn't have them...I want to, but ..I'm not sure I do.
Maybe not now, maybe sometime later.
The thing is, i think it does take a lot of time for girls to get packs, don't they? Like really long time?
I have defined abs, for sure, I know that, I can see them, but the problem is...they are covered with fat from top to bottom, yet i could still have a flat stomache in the morning ,they are still covered with fat, what's really i mean REALLY THE best way to get rid of fat in that area. I know about all parts...ect etc, but is there any excersize, that targets fat there more than anythig else?
Oh, andI have a question, what is better to have a more defind abs and lose fat in that area, BELLY DANCING, or CARDIO. Okay, dancing is a way of cardio, but I mean to target that area "especially"
Hell, many times i danced, and lost 0.2-0.4 afterwards...just in 10-15 minutes, that's pretty damn good, don't you think?! I know it's nothing, but I think it's good. |

| I do cardio more often ofcourse, and with more intensity. Dancing thing, is just at the side, for the fun of it, but i feel it works more than anything for my stomache...i dont know..just what I feel, and see... |
