| Don't waste your money. Also I heard the dye in it makes your poop go red. |

| it does work. it only makes your poop red if u take it and just sit around the house and do nothing. if you take it then you should be doing some kind of work out (running, biking , playing sports, lifting weights). The only negative thing about it is if your trying to bulk up its hard because the pill just doesnt attack the fat it also eats up your muscle. |

| It's a Fat Burner don't forget. The name alone should make you think twice. |

| i used it for 3 weeks. i noticed that it was hurting my muscle gain so i stopped taking it. i lost about 25lbs in 2months. i work out natraully now with no fat burners. i have a six pack now but now i gotta rebuild that small bit of muscle i lost. Trust me the best thing is to work out with no fat burners. the weight will stay off longer. |

i kinda noticed that most of the reviews/comments on hydroxycut hardcore are from men...does this mean that its not IDEaL for women?
i'm on day 4 (day 1 on 2x/day) and havnt really been feeling well.
ive experienced headaches and stomach aches. i get hungry but have no appetite whatsoever
im 22 yrs. old, 5'5 , 135 lbs. would want to go down to 125 or even 120. any supplements you can recommend?
i workout abt 5x/week and do at least 35 minutes of cardio everyday
im hoping for something to rev up my metabolism
thanks! |

| I`ve been on hydroxycut for almost two weeks and have lost some belly fat. I keep a rather strict diet and workout 4-5 times a week. I weigh the same as I did when I began hydroxycut but I can tell I have lost some fat. I will update again when I'm finished taking HH and give a full review. |

Could very well be the reason. You'll have an extremely hard time proving your product works, because you workout and eat strict. Both prime candidates for weight loss and muscle definition. |

| this exactly why supp's should be a last resort after all other avenues are exhausted...more than likely the training and e=iet induced the extra fat loss with a little help from the supp but now you'll never know...you probably wasted your money this time but you'll think it was all hydroxycut so you'll do it again, waste your money again and so on...where if you do it after training is PERFECT and food is PERFECT and nothing else can be altered, than you'll know that the supp is doing what it;s meant to |

| Yea, these are all valid points. I won't be buying another bottle of HH after this one tho. If I can keep my diet straight and workout well, it should be plenty to keep my current weight and body structure. |
