I would wait 30-60 minutes after a dinner to train, if you can, so our Carbs start to work for you.

Funnily enough, the best time to train has often been touted as around 1PM -4/5PM, as supposedly the body is most alert. Not waking up, not winding down, but I would say if you train, it's probably better to do it in the evening Not the morning.

Not sure if this is any good or not, but I find when if I go for a half hour run about 1 hour before bed I get a great night sleep and wake up feeling even better. Not sure if it works for everyone but maybe give it a shot if your having trouble sleeping at night

Not a bad theory, given if you're wearing out the body, it might feel the need to want sleep more, and therefore recovery time.

I sometimes take about 30 minutes longer to get to sleep on non-training days, so I would say your theory does hold some weight, but with such a given situation I'd say it's horses for courses. No harm trying, but no guarantee it'll suit the needs of everyones who tries it.
