| Crunches work on your upper abs, it helps with the 8 too. Instead of doing a lot of reps, I'd recommend doing them slowly and when at the top you contract. Exhale when going up. I do around 30 of them for each set. You can do it on the bench press where you put your legs on the bar so that it's bent 90 degrees or you could use the crunch machine. |
