yes
it doesn't make sense to start off with 20pd curls and tire yourself out before doing 100pd squats when if you done them first you could've used 120 - 150pds
use this order:
legs (includes seperate exercises for quads, hams and glutes)
back (includes seperate exercises for rows and pull ups / downs)
chest
shoulders
tri's
bi's

Hey Swan,
Are you suggesting that I should work my abs/obliques out at the very end of my weights? I currently do my abs at the very begininng?
I know its all up to me but some people on this board make me believe that there are some specific things that should not be done, i.e. cardio should be done after weights, perferably next day (or whatever). B/c of my schedule, I do my cardio immediately after weights. Where should stomach exercises come into the schedule? |
