I don't like banana at all.
There are few fruits that I like, mostly red apple.

What i wonder is, many low fat, bad crabs says they dont have artifical flavours, that one candy i eat, it has no atrifical flavour, 1 grams of fat, and 28 grams of carbs.. I still eat healthy carbs...veggies & fruits, but like in every meal or something...but they're still present in my eating.

The longest I was able to stick to something was about 2 months, with few screw ups in there...but I found myself, reall attacking food afterwards...

so i really think its better, keep it presence in minimum amount in my eveyday, and eat more healthy stuff.

And yes, the tension level makes you work hard, and it's hard to pedal, and makes my heart beat stronger..so my heart is never really at rest.

I know carbs makes you fat if you eat too much, and esepcially if they aren't consumed as energy..., but I really don't eat "toooo much"
I don't eat 2 bars of chocolate in day time, and 2 at night time. Hell, I barely eat chocolate. The only time I eat choco is when I eat rice cake, which has really small amount in it & when i eat ice cream (whenever that is -not everyday).

So i dont know. Even with my screw ups from the last month, I still weigh the same, look the same. I know ive got to watch my food better now, since it's summer & my activities are much less.

- red apple it is then

- flavours aren't ingredients, neither are preservatives...they've just worded it differently
