Wow, you are an inspiration! I have over 100 lbs to lose myself, and I'm starting today...
What advice would you give to someone like me, who is starting out and feels like it's almost an impossible task  ! |

You look AMAZING! Keep up the great work. I read some of your info on the site(it is 1:44 A.M so I'll read a little bit) and I found it very inspiring. As previous posts before have said YOU DESERVE "YOUR TIME TO SHINE"

Hey congratulations, and definatly keep it up I think we all forget sometimes that fitness is a lifestyle, not a type of short term fix for any percieved issue.
This is how you post pictures on these type of forums ( in case you wanted to learn)
(If you did not want to know how to do it , I am sorry for using your picture to show you how to do it )
Instructions: type these brackets around the url location of the picture you want displayed
before url type this- [img]
after url type this- [/img]
so it should read [img] enter your desired url here [/img]
