Yes, but frankly most of them are crap, unless you go with something like Tai Bo.
You can try a home based circuit, something like this.
2 minutes jogging across the room. I'd run parallel to one of the longer walls, or longest wall, so you're not turning round every two seconds like a Fish in a bowl.
5 minutes stretching.
45 seconds High Knees
45 seconds Squat Thrusts
45 seconds Jumping Jacks
45 seconds Scissors, (placing hands on a Step or Weight Bench)
45 seconds Star Jumps
1 minute rest.
60 seconds High Knees
60 seconds Squat Thrusts
60 seconds Jumping Jacks
60 seconds Scissors, (placing hands on a Step or Weight Bench)
60 seconds Star Jumps
1 minute rest
45 seconds High Knees
45 seconds Squat Thrusts
45 seconds Jumping Jacks
45 seconds Scissors, (placing hands on a Step or Weight Bench)
45 seconds Star Jumps
5 minutes stretching
The whole circuit takes approximately 26 minutes 45, so that should give you something challenging to do, that doesn't take a long time. |
